All services & packages expire 12 months from date of purchase.
All sales are final and non-refundable. GIFT CARDS NEVER EXPIRE but you do need to treat your gift card like cash and bring it with you to any Gentle Touch location for redemption. Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our Privacy policy.

Any appointment(s) cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee(s) – multiple appointments/services will be subject to the same fee per service.
