Gentle Touch is a time for you to get away and treat yourself, and we respect that and are honoured that you chose us to be your service provider. When you book an appointment, this time is reserved especially for you and for that reason we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment(s) to avoid cancellation fee(s). Any appointment(s) cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee(s) – multiple appointments/services will be subject to the same fee per service.
